Nest & Grow ("Nest & Grow," "we," "us," or "our") runs the website nestgrow.net and the Nest & Grow learning app (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account information: your email address, first and last name, and birthday when you sign up.
• Learning and app activity: lessons completed, test results, Feathers balance, simulated portfolio activity, certificates earned, and settings.
• AI Coach conversations (Premium): messages you send to the AI Coach and the notes it keeps to personalize coaching over time.
• Messages to us: anything you send through our contact email or forms.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser type, IP address, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring websites.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

Payment information Paid plans are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.

2. How we use your information

• To create and run your account and save your progress.
• To issue certificates in your name.
• To give you a free lesson on your birthday.
• To send account emails (such as password resets and receipts) and, if you opt in, updates and reminders. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
• To power Premium features like the AI Coach.
• To show ads on the free tier and measure how the Service is used.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How we share information

We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us run the Service (for example, hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, market data, and AI providers that process AI Coach conversations). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Advertising partners, including Google, as described in Section 4.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, us, or others.
• Business transfers, if Nest & Grow is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Cookies and advertising

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used.

Free-tier pages show ads served by Google AdSense:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Ad-free and Premium subscribers do not see ads.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable time, unless we need to keep it for legal, security, or billing reasons.

• Update your account information in your settings.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
