Terms of Service

Welcome to Nest & Grow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nestgrow.net and the Nest & Grow app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Educational purpose only

Nest & Grow is an educational tool. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Portfolios, trades, and balances in the Service are simulated and use no real money. See our Disclaimer for details.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, and a parent or guardian must purchase any paid plan.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate information, including your real name if you want it printed on certificates.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Feathers, certificates, and in-app items

Feathers and other in-app items have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money, and we may adjust how they work. Certificates recognize completion of Nest & Grow coursework. They are not accredited credentials or professional licenses.

5. Paid plans

• We offer free and paid plans. Current prices and features are shown before you buy.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and you will keep access through the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change prices with advance notice. A price change applies at your next renewal.

6. AI Coach

Premium includes an AI Coach. AI responses are generated automatically, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are for educational purposes only. They are not personalized financial advice. Do not rely on the AI Coach to make real investment decisions.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break any law or use the Service for fraud.
• Attempt to hack, overload, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Exploit bugs to gain Feathers, rewards, or features.
• Harass others or post harmful or illegal content.
• Copy, resell, or redistribute our lessons or content without permission.

8. Our content

All lessons, videos, games, graphics, the Nest & Grow name, and the bird mascot belong to Nest & Grow or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own learning.

9. Market data and third-party services

The Service may show market data and content from third parties. We do not guarantee that this data is accurate, complete, or current.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or misuse the Service.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEST & GROW IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY INVESTMENT LOSSES YOU INCUR. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and notify you. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
